We’re Shelby and George — the family behind t’Oats Delish, NWA’s first oat milk soft serve ice cream trailer featuring homemade gluten free cones! Along with our two boys, Emrik and Thorin, we’re serving up creamy, dreamy plant-based soft serve with all the fun toppings and treats you love — like cookies, candies, and many more gluten free options.

We’re big fans of animals, nature, and spending time outdoors, and we believe dessert should be kind to both people and the planet. When we couldn’t find dairy-free options we were excited about, we decided to make our own — and bring them straight to you.
